The built-in cabinet wall extends into a deep extension/hallway to the 6-meter-wide carport, where one car is formally allowed to be parked but there is room for parking two cars and bicycles.
There is a separate entrance hall on the street side, currently in use as a TV room for the children, which can be converted into a reception area or office. The ground floor is designed as a split level, and via the steel staircase with floating solid oak steps and stair lighting, you reach the first floor.

First floor
The spacious living room has a lot of natural light due to floor-to-ceiling glass walls and windows; from here you can see the added roof gardens with tall grasses, the large green roof on the extension, and an unobstructed view of the garden and the adjacent communal courtyard. The room is connected to an adjacent walk-in closet with custom-made high built-in wardrobes, also constructed by interior builder Houtwerk. The walk-in closet then provides access to the bathroom and separate toilet area (Duravit with TECE sensor control panel). The large, luxurious bathroom features a custom-made Hi Macs bathroom furniture piece from Houtwerk, complete with two separate sinks, three spacious drawers, Italian design wall taps by CEA Design, an in-shower rain shower with a thermostatic tap from CEA Design, and a freestanding bathtub with a beautiful swan-neck tap from CEA Design. The poured floor flows continuously on this level from the hallway into the bedroom, through the walk-in closet, past the enclosed toilet, and into the bathroom, creating a spacious and tranquil experience. The window in the bathroom offers views of the second-floor hall and the office on the first floor. A spectacular view over the water completes the entire setting.

The third floor is reached via a sturdy concrete staircase.

Third floor
The hallway provides access to two bedrooms with bathrooms and a suite, a separate toilet room (Duravit with TECE sensor control panel), and the stairs to the top floor.
